"The owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. "We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, stylish hotel. Our room was incredibly spacious, and the private deck offered a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. The location is perfect, close to town but still peaceful, and the staff was exceptionally helpful with local restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions"

"Great location to access the beach, lots of shopping, and lots of dining and drinking establishments. Very walkable. Lucked out and got street parking a couple blocks away the first day, but had to do pay parking at the marina the second day. Reception staff Alex extremely helpful with calling the lost and found at Heraklion airport to try and navigate my missing suit case, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was ok, options for myself and my husband who are vegetarian. Young lady who manages the buffet appears to be very hardworking. Would return on future trips."
