Menta City Hotel is a 5 Star property in my book! The lobby, pool area and breakfast area are all beautifully decorated. Rooms are exceptional. Complimentary breakfast is delicious!

The staff is great, very welcoming and friendly. Michael gave us the information we needed to enjoy our visit to Rethymno. The Hotel provides great recommendations, very clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Parking on the street can be difficult but the location and this hotel is worth the effort. I highly recommend the Menta City Boutique Hotel.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. Not because the hotel was very tastefully put together and the amenities were ideal, but because the staff here put so much effort into us enjoying our stay. Rooms, facilities and everything were very good standard but the people there genuinely made this one of the nicest stays. Can't recommend highly enough

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extra special with the homemade treats. The pool was a plus for cooling off at the end of the day.

I communicated a late arrival due to missed plane. They were aware and responded to that. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. Great view from dining area on roof. Great walk to the tourist area by the water.

Great hotel in the centre of Rethymno. A short walk into the old town. Lovely room, we were upgraded to a larger room with balcony that got the sun well into the evening. The pool area was lovely. Buffet breakfast was probably more suited to guests with no special dietary requirements but thats only a small negative.Mikalis was super helpful thank you!

Very nice hotel

Really enjoyed our two-night stay at Menta City. Hotel is modern, clean and well maintained, as are the rooms. Staff are polite and very helpful. Breakfast on the 5th floor restaurant was a delight with many choices plus an amazing view across the city and out to sea. Hotel is on a steep hill, so you may wish to take a taxi from town.

More than a gem - super small hotel and staff

Stunning hotel and should be a 4* min ! Very friendly and professional staff - super clean and modern and lovely small Pool . Absolutely great and good to relax after a day away or in town ( a short walk to Centre and great to digest food on way back !) . Superb service . Great breakfast . I can’t think of anything negative at all !

This was an excellent stay. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful they made a huge impact on our trip. Every day they went out of their way to make recommendations, arrange services, answer all questions, and they always checked in when we returned and asked how our day was. The breakfast buffet is incredible, so delicious and the view from the roof where breakfast is served is spectacular. The property was clean, comfortable, and we always had everything we needed — and we were made to feel comfortable enough to ask for anything we wanted. I could not recommend this property with greater enthusiasm.

This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Breakfast with a View

Just passing by the city, so we stayed 1 night. Great location, breakfast on the roof with great view of the city. They even gave us good suggestion where to stop by on our trip
