"A good hotel, nice clean room with aircon, TV etc. Breakfast is provided across from the hotel entrance in a restaurant overlooking the lake. A lovely setting. The breakfast was good, as was the evening meal with lots of couples eating in.No problem with the location, quiet area with transport easily obtainable. All in all excellent value for what we paid. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....

"The property is central located and easily accessible to all the sightseeing and the shopping markets ....loved the ambience ,food and hospitality..just if they would have a kids pool as pool on the top floor is 4.5 feet which is not k for small kids ...kids pool would have been an added advantage...else everything is good 😊"

"We booked 5 rooms for people working on a special project. Some rooms were booked for 5 nights, some for 3 nights. The first day our groups showed up, they checked in and within 2 hours they called to let us know rooms were terrible, sheets were dirty, bathrooms and were dirty. They were hungry from the long trip and went to the roof top restaurant. There was just one table. Kitchen had all garbage thrown on the floor, had just one table, dirty utensils spread out.
