"had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel in Guadalajara. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived—staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with anything I needed. The location is definitely one of its strongest advantages, as it is very convenient for getting around the city and accessing key areas. During my stay, I shared a few personal observations regarding areas that could be improved. The team was very receptive to the feedback, which speaks highly of their commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would gladly consider staying here again in the future."
