Location was great.midtown Guadalajara.Room was very modern and clean.the only negative was lobby,hallway on every floor and elevator extremely hot,no A.C. For some reason but the rooms had A.C. And only one time did I feel the front desk employee was a bit rude,but it wasn’t enough to ruin my stay.

No hot water, broken plumbing, avoid.
Wow, I barely write a negative review. We're 3 people attending a conference. Each of us has our own room. Sadly, overall is that this hotel is poorly run with no professional staff. To begin with, the plumbing stench is unbearable. They try to mask this with automatic perfume in the bathroom which didn't really help. It was awful. Water smelled as well. SECOND - there is no HOT water! There is no temperature control on your shower and you basically have to accept their rather cold shower. Crazy, even motels have this option! Lastly, it's honestly very filthy. Our colleague's room has cockroach in it. International travelers - they don't speak English. It was really a bad stay, I would never come back.

The staff were polite and knowledgeable. The facility is conveniently located with walking distance to restaurants and bars in a safe area. The valet parking employees were amazing. An A for them.

Great location. The staff services and knowledge were amazing. The staff that took care of the valet parking were very friendly and polite. I only wish the hotel had a mini gym. Overall, it is a high quality place to stay.

The room smelled like sewer. Horrible smell. The towels are very old with holes. The room got flooded even under the bed. The food is okay. The staff didn’t offer any compensation until I told them that I was going to do a bad review. Dinner was offered until then. 2 towels were only provided, despite my numerous requests for an extra one. Very disappointed. The staff is not friendly. Good location, but I will never stay there again

A very good option for business trips
The hotel it´s very nice, with very big rooms, nice views and in a great location. The breakfast was also very good. The only 2 issues that I had were the attitude of the lady at the front desk when I checked in, probably the worst customer service that I have ever had. And during the night there was an unpleasant odor in the room, I don't know if it came from the air conditioner or the shower.
