"All the staff were wonderful in particular the manager who had recently transferred from the Dehradun hotel, the restaurant manager, Mohit on reception and Sneha in the restaurant who was simply lovely. The food was of a great quality. The rooms and whole hotel were very well maintained. I would highly recommend staying there."

"Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant. "

"We came in the room and it was dirty and looks like it had not been cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty as well and towels were not clean. Bedsheets were not washed and there were random hairs on the sheet. The food was not seasoned and we had to order it 3 times. The lights went off twice and were many disturbing sounds playing at night. "

"Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. "

"We recently stayed here with our family and had a great experience. It’s one of the best properties to stay at if you're visiting Vrindavan with loved ones. The hotel offers multiple room sizes, making it easy to choose according to your group size for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just around 3 km from both Prem Mandir and Banke Bihari Temple. There are also several other temples along the way that you can easily visit. "First time I have booked this hotel on Hotels.com and paid all payment in advance. but when I reached their hotel murliwale refuse to give me room. They said they have received no booking information from Hotels.com. More than 1 hour my time wasted their and after that Hotels.com arrange other hotel for me but the 2nd one hotel is poor. I have no option to take that. Never book hotel on hotels.com"

"This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again."
