"Loved our stay at True North B&B. Deb is an excellent host - very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Her breakfasts are next level! The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. It is a nice quiet spot and the pool is so refreshing. If staying on Magnetic Island Horseshoe Bay is the place to stay - beautiful beach, a number of great restaurants, access to walking tracks, a good bus service (we had our own car but the bus was quite regular). "The Beach House Motel is clean and very well presented. It's in a great location - lovely cafes and restaurants neaby, a short walk to Coles, and across from The Strand with lovely walking paths. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would make this our stay of choice when travelling to town for medical appointments etc."

"Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. "

"This guest house is like a hostel in many ways but with the creative use of one lot not a huge property as I thought it would be. We had booked a tent experience which is a screen tent, holding a bed, night tables, lamp and fan, below a roof and side walls. Our unit had a whole side section about 6ft without a barrier so we could see to the next tent, wooden slats around the tent are not together which lets air flow in but gives little privacy. The gate style wooden door into our tent was not...

"What I didn't like was that there is no railings in the pool to help the older generation with arthritis out of pool. I wanted to go for a swim, but didn't because I knew I wouldn't be able to get out."
