We arrived at the hotel quite early well before official check-in and our room was ready which was a bonus. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. "

Only changes i'd make is the TV relys on wifi so is very limited, and there was no vegan bacon/sausage for breakfast which would be nice as an option. I couldnt praise the staff highly enough for their customer service."

The procedure for accessing the building and the room (once you are present on the site of the hotel) was clear. Two small suggestions: (1) stop relying on the app to verify identity, as not everyone has a phone that it works on. (2) if you tell guests the kitchen has coffee making facilities etc., make sure the kitchen...
