"I was very impressed with the professional and courteous service of Mr Anand Chaudhary of IHG at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Due to his excellent service our experience from the front desk to the hotel check in became smooth and hassle free. We also enjoyed our experience at the breakfast table. A kind tall lady ( Do not have her name) made us welcomed and served us freshly cooked omelettes. Our overall experience with this hotel was great. I wish these individuals good luck.

"Bad cleaning in the room and bathroom, totally unheigenic and diagusting. They lack professional house keeping staff and only focus on making money. Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned. In fact hotel reception rugs were not cleaned from ages.
To the owners- What is the point of running a hotel business if you cant manage it and provide value for money? This is disgusting and it...

"In the night on 11 PM, water supply in the bathroom is not available, but after 01 hour water supply is again available. So, in the view of problem of water in Delhi nowadays, this issue is not big."
