"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. "The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."

10/10 Excellent
Had a really pleasant stay at Relux Holiday Home. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Madgaon market is just a 10-minute walk, so great for shopping. Overall, nothing negative to say — everything was genuinely good.
