"The place was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff is an older man and woman, and they are very kind. They helped me with my bags up to the room, setting up wifi, and were happy to speak to me in English. The room and bed were comfortable, and the front desk is open 24 hours. Also, if you want to explore after you check out, they will hold your bag for another day for only 5 Euros. I'll use them again on my next trip to Athens."

Phidias Piraeus Hotel

Pasalimani

10/10 Excellent

Great place to stay for 1 or 2 days if departing or arriving on Cruise. Complimentary transfer to Cruise Terminal a real bonus. Staff lovely, didn't arrive until after midnight and were greeted at door and cases taken from taxi and delivered to room. Stayed in room with terrace, no real view but very good to sit outside under large shade. For a small Hotel breakfast was excellent. A great stay and a great start to our cruise.

Lilia Hotel

Pasalimani

10/10 Excellent

Booked our stay at Lilia Hotel on the spur of the moment and accepted that we may not end up with a great hotel especially considering the absolute bargain we got. We needn't have worried. The hotel and staff were ideal. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel is basic but clean and was perfect for our requirements. Situated next to the lovely Zeas marina. Not too touristy but close enough to get to Athens centre nice and easy. Get the X96 bus to/from the airport. Only €5 each way takes 50mins. Very...

AD Luxury Rooms & Suites

Athens City Centre

10/10 Excellent

Nothing but good words to say about my trip. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Right outside the Acropoli metro station. Less than a few minutes walk to the south slope entrance of the Acropolis, and within easy walking distance to most of the relevant sites in central Athens. On the service front. I had a room booked and was extremely early getting to the hotel, around 9 AM. I asked if it was OK to leave my luggage so I could get a head out but was actually given my room early which helped...

A hotel room with two beds, a desk, a chair, a mirror, and a phone on the nightstand.

Anemoni

Piraeus

10/10 Excellent

We wanted a good hotel to stay overnight before travelling onward. The Anemoni is only 10 to 15mins walk from the port and provided clean, safe and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nightlife - the hotel is well situated for local shops and the nearby Korai Place (10 mins walk, near the theatre) where there are numerous bars and eating places in a vibrant and safe environment. The hotel is also near the main X96 bus route. Overall,...

Oniro City

Athens City Centre

10/10 Excellent

This hotel is a boutique hotel located 5-6 minute walk away from a metro station. If you are driving there, the hotel does not have parking facilities. However there are two multi-storey parking facilities within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel itself is very new (opened in April 2019), and as a result the hotel is in great condition. The building itself is a take on contemporary/art-deco style. The superior suites have access to a balcony, and there is a bar and a restaurant. The...
