"An elevator was down for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to use the other elevator only to find out there was no way to cross over to our side. Seems like this is an issue because it’s mentioned in other reviews. I should have been a bit more wary. There was a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom and a brown, suspicious stain on the living room rug. We were also missing coffee for the coffee maker. Everytime we were in the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was regulating people smoking outside so the smell was wafting inside. The front desk staff was nice. Easy check in and check out. They were kind enough to not charge us a late fee since we had to wait 30 min to go down on the elevator (it was always full). The location is not too bad of a walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are food stalls along the way. Pretty convenient, especially if you’re using a tour bus or boat."

"Stairs are very dangerous. Access to a small elevator but hard to fit in. Staff was great, helped with everything we need. Great location, easy to walk to everything. Would stay here again."

"It was in the location we wanted, close to the Eiffel tower, which was great. However upon check-in, we were told that we never finished booking our room and they had no record of us having a room there. Despite the fact that I showed the staff member at the desk our confirmation that our room was paid in full, showing the charge on my credit card bill, as well as showing them an email they sent us, welcoming us to Paris and asking if there was anything they cold do to make our stay better. The situation was eventually resolved after about 30 minutes, but if you are booking through hotels.com, make sure to have all your booking confirmation with you. Not sure where the mix up was, but it was not the best start to our trip. As for location, and food and shopping nearby, - perfect."

"Great location but no notive Hotel was under renovation. Very uncomfortable to have workers outside your door painting and doing other work. Specially with a little kid. I wished I had been notified, because it was a bit uncomfortable."

"The bathroom is new and clean but there’s no door in the shower makes the water from the shower spill outside that makes the floor wet, and the toilet is separate from bathroom which doesn’t have sink to wash hands. The cabinets are big, you should remove some of it and put a sink instead. The rooms AC is not working makes the room so warm at night, good thing it’s cold outside we just open the window. "
