"Staff at the front desk were not helpful. Could not check out via TV, it wants you to scan a QR code to use their app which won’t let you check out either. Had to go the front desk, no apologies there. Would have been nice to know the restaurant is closed for remodeling. Hotel is well located but overall disappointing Oh temperature in the shower varies greatly! Lastly, says stocked mini bar, just an empty refrigerator."

"The Hotel location very convenient for many things in the area. The Valet service for parking was a nice option but trying to locate the valet was a challenge. Check in was done online, but still took over 10 minutes to get my card activated. We checked in late in evening and had to run to theatre right away so it wasn't until late after the show that we got back to our room. At which time it was after midnight to find a Black Bra stuffed into the seat of the chair in the room. If it hadn't been so late we would have asked for a new room. My wife accidently left her purse in our friends room, we called the front desk to inform them that they would be bringing it down to the front desk. We were told we needed to fill out the LOST & FOUND form online which we did immediately and informed our friends. When they brought the purse to the front desk the person there knew nothing about our call earlier and they were telling us that we need to fill out the form. Once we talked with the front desk and explained that we had already done that they said they would place the purse in the safe until Cleaning Mgr came in on Monday to then process to sent back. I am still waiting to hear back from the Hotel that the purse has been shipped."

"The hotel was very quiet, which was great. The bar was ridiculously quiet, which was strange. No ambiance at all. I think the bar doubles as the restaurant, I never saw a restaurant. No one ever there. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. I ordered room service one night and it was the bartender that delivered it. I think he's kind of a one man show. It was fine but if you're looking for a lively , happy hour or music or anything going on at your hotel, look elsewhere. The food was ok. Maybe the bartender cooked too? Lol. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location."

"The common areas were a little warm and stuffy. The couch in the room was not very comfortable at all, and the shower door was interestingly placed you could only open it with the bath room door completely closed as it opened into the bathroom and it did not latch or seal. Other than this the stay was very pleasant."
