Nice location. Very quiet and peaceful. Air was not on due to change in season so I was warm. They were nice enough to bring me a fan so I do appreciate that. The hot water was not working in the first room. However when moved shower was better and hot water was working.

I was on the 5th Floor. It felt like a sauna! I turned on the "fan" (didn't see an A/C option) and set it to 72, then 70, then 65..I could barely tell a difference. The staff were nice and helpful with checking in and out. Breakfast was better than I expected from a hotel.

When we checked in, I had two double beds because I ordered through Expedia a third-party. They said they had oversold their rooms so I had to go with a king bed and a couch. The space is great with the suites if you hold that it is a 60 yo building. With an early Spring, it was quite warm and they cannot switch to air until May. With the windows open, the room was good to sleep in. The wifi was great and the staff very helpful. The location was very good to get to places in town with walkable restaurants nearby.
