"Our family stays here quite often because of the convenience and price. It’s a casino and like all casinos the cigarette smoke is horrible. Really wish a better ventilation system would be used. Check in always takes way too long, however check in staff has always been very friendly. LOVE the concert area. You can conveniently see from any seat. Outside area is clean, but Reno in general cater way too much to the homeless and a lot of tent cities. I wouldn’t venture out on a walk at night. This...

"Great rooms and stay"

"Stayed at the hotel for three days. Walking to my room on the first day I noticed several, of what appeared to be crumbs, on the floor throughout the hallways. Upon leaving on the third day, the same crumbs were still there. Also, even though I was staying on a non-smoking floor. several times our room had an overwhelming smell of marijuana as the smell was blowing in from the vents."

"For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that."
