Felt very comfortable and the employees were so nice and professional. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant. The food was good and service even better l took the 4:30am shuttle to the airport the next day. The driver was in such good spirits. A nice way to start the day.

With an early flight in, I chose to check in early at a cost of $30. When I got to the room the sink had clearly not been cleaned, with toothbrush stains still in the sink and no washcloths in the sink. The floor had not been vacuumed. I called the front desk to let them know about the first two (I hadn't seen the carpet yet). A person arrived and inquired about the stopped up sink (not the issue). Shortly after, maid service dropped off washcloths hurriedly with no mention of cleaning the sink. I called again thinking that they confused the message on the sink - at that point, I also mentioned that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed (lots of food crumbs and bits of paper). Crickets. For the entire stay. Obviously, I cleaned the sink on my own and just dealt with the lack of vacuuming. Occasionally, I stay here when in town on business as it also gives me easy access to food and entertainment, if I choose. The facility was notably less clean than during my last trip (about a year ago). The elevators did not work reliably with the key cards. I took them back to the front desk to get new ones hoping that would help. I was told that if they continued to give me problems, I should call maintenance, listed on the card. Honestly, is it my job to let you know when things need to be fixed? At least five times I had to hop out of one and into another. A bright spot, the business center downstairs really helped get some things printed quickly and well - great service there.
