"We had a lovely stay,the bed was so comfortable ,an added coincidence was a painting in the room had my name in it ‘Kathleen’ and we were in room 1720 my birthday is on 17 August, also on opening the curtains in the morning the hot air balloons were floating past!! All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, my only small problem was no handle in the coffee cup,it was a bit hot to hold, if you keep your cups like that you might want to have some sleeves to slip the hot cup into!"

"Our stay at Waterfront Melbourne apartments was good although we were lacking in a few of the things expected in an apartment for two people, for example the plunger coffee pot only made one cup of coffee at a time. We were only supplied two towels for our 8 night stay and the mat in our apartment had curled edges which we found very dangerous so we rolled it up ourselves. "

"Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean room, excellent bathroom facilities, good to have WiFi, fridge and kettle. Saturday night was pretty noisy (quiz night followed by live musicians) but otherwise fine. Great regular tram route 19, really good 7-day cafe two blocks away."
