"My Travel Desk had booked me into Hotel Vijay Villa. I had given my arrival time at 6:30 pm and arrived at 7 pm. I was most impressed when i opened the door of my room 303 post check in formalities the hotel had left the AC on for me and the room was chilled and inviting in the scotching heat and 87% humidity. "Check in process was terrible they couldn’t find my reservation in computer system , 15 minutes after searching my reservation in the system he said provide me with your reservation number I don’t why I have to provide my reservation number when I already provided him my ID. Finally they found me in the system but not ready to accept the fact that it took lot of time."

"This was an extremely dilapidated hotel. Fixtures are rusty, furniture is old and shows extreme wear and tear, I will not choose to stay here ever again. The staff person Rohit definitely helped us with securing train tickets. But the condition of the property is below mediocre. "
