"It is a lovely hotel in a great location but it is starting to get a bit shoddy. Our aircon was very noisy and couldnt cool the room. Staff are frosty. This was my 10th visit to this hotel. No recognition. The spa staff told us we could have a free pass for an initial visit to the indoor pool but when we asked for this at reception, not only did they deny this, they looked at us like we were low life.
