"It is a lovely hotel in a great location but it is starting to get a bit shoddy. Our aircon was very noisy and couldnt cool the room. Staff are frosty. This was my 10th visit to this hotel. No recognition. The spa staff told us we could have a free pass for an initial visit to the indoor pool but when we asked for this at reception, not only did they deny this, they looked at us like we were low life. "We enjoyed our stay here for one week. It was nice to have other dining options nearby and the local restaurants and small cafes that offer healthy food options amongst others, are definitely worth the visit, as the food was superb as well as the hospitality. The hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxing and reading a book. Avoid Magaluf if you value your time when away! The staff are very friendly and David at the front of house was more than helpful and willing to give advice on the area....

"The hotel location wasn't too far from the metro and about a 20 minutes walk to the coast, 30m to the main tourist areas. Check in was smooth, with a complimentary drink upon arrival. Room wise, the rooms were clean, modern, had decent quality air con. The rooftop terrace was okay, needs some protection from the wind when sat with drinks. The spa was advertised on hotels.com but beware, it's an additional cost "to maintain tranquility" aka make more profit. I'd happily stay here again,...
