"Beautiful hotel in great location across from Central Park. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with nice amenities in the bathroom. The only little couple of things were that the wifi isn't great, it would be nice to see QTips and cotton swabs in the bathroom and of course a coffee/Nespresso machine for the room. I get that they want people to pay for coffee downstairs but for almost $800 a night that begins to feel very nickely-dimey of them. Overall an excellent place to stay "

"The Kimberly is a 5 star hotel. The staff are very helpful & professional. They will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The roof top restaurant food & the room service food is good. The steak house is very good. The door men are friendly, greeting you with a smile as you come & go as well as the front desk staff. "The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again!
