"Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked."

"We have stayed at Grand Casino Mille Lacs many times due to construction on our cabin. This is the first time we've been in one of their remodeled rooms. It is night and day difference. The new rooms are beautiful! Brand new everything! Although, the water pressure is the same unfortunately. The rest of the casino is the same. We do appreciate the pool and hot tub. "Only complaint was north hotels shower doesn’t have enough shelves for your products while in the shower. Tv is not a smart tv and you cannot stream Netflix etc. No balcony on 2nd floor of north hotel. Mini fridge could be bigger. Over all all amenities were amazing. Location amazing. Restaurants were amazing we ate at the Italian restaurant and northwood pub. Everyone who worked at the resort was extremely friendly. "

"I don't usually do reviews just because I don't want to take the time however for this hotel I will make an exception. I got the shuttle from the airport and the driver Derek was very engaging. The grounds of the hotel was clean and inviting. I was greeted at the front desk by Sarah. I was impressed because there was more than one person checking in and she gave each one her undivided attention ans. any and all questions. Just when I thought customer service was dead I get to meet Sarah. Thank you. Being on the 2nd floor I had to take the elevator. Spotless. No smells. My room was clean and inviting. The bed was VERY comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Checking out Shannon was awesome making check out smooth and effortless. This will be my choice of hotel whenever I'm in Minnesota. Last but not least Mall of America is just across the road."
