The grounds of the hotel was clean and inviting. I was greeted at the front desk by Sarah. "The room was small, but okay for a single person. The bed was okay, it was clean. Loved the bench above the air conditioner/heater. The breakfast was standard cold and hot items, but not much for sitting, so you may need to eat in your room. The down fall was I could hear a TV going in the next room and in the other room, hear a phone alarm going off."

The grounds of the hotel was clean and inviting. I was greeted at the front desk by Sarah. I was impressed because there was more than one person checking in and she gave each one her undivided attention ans. any and all questions. Just when I thought customer service was dead I get to meet Sarah. Thank you. Being on the 2nd floor I had to take the elevator. Spotless. No smells. My room was clean and inviting. The bed was VERY comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. Checking out Shannon was awesome making check out smooth and effortless. This will be my choice of hotel whenever I'm in Minnesota. Last but not least Mall of America is just across the road."
