"Came here after a not so good trip in 2022 big difference coming back 2 years later. Got the jr. Suite room was spacious came with a little kiddie castle for the kids restroom was small but ok for what we needed. Beds could have been better felt like i was sinking in but overall room was great. Has a pool area that was very lively and was extremely enjoyable especially for the kids as well as transportation to the theme park and back. "The doorman"

"The room was very small and the closet almost nonexistent. The bathroom was very small. None of their accommodation were up to standard for a Hyatt stay! I complained about this to the manager and he said this is what it is. He did not offer any upgrade. Found out later that this was a hotel named Irvine hotel, which was an average hotel which Hyatt bought After the Covid and tried to upgrade it, but nothing to the standard of Hyatt. Very disappointed"

"Clean,comfortable room with exceptional service. Enjoyed the free shuttle service offered to Universal Studios. Metro to downtown and grocery store to stock up fridge are a short (15-20 min) walk away. Microwave is available on request for small fee. Breakfast was a quick phone call and pickup(can be delivered for a fee). Would recommend and stay again. "

"All around great hotel! I saw a lot of comments talking about the noise coming from the upstairs patio, yes you can definitely hear it from your room but it’s not bad enough to keep you up at night. But if you need absolute silence then I would say stay at a more basic holiday inn or something. Just know you’re staying at a very social hotel with a night life!
