The facilities room and great staff makes this stay here and others a very pleasant experience. This is my go to place to stay for my San Diego needs."

"The room was very small and the closet almost nonexistent. The bathroom was very small. None of their accommodation were up to standard for a Hyatt stay! I complained about this to the manager and he said this is what it is. He did not offer any upgrade. Found out later that this was a hotel named Irvine hotel, which was an average hotel which Hyatt bought After the Covid and tried to upgrade it, but nothing to the standard of Hyatt. Very disappointed"
