"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. The room I stayed in was okay. The bathroom was small and the furniture was peeling. How you watch TV in the room was a little new which was appealing. "We always enjoy the ambiance and charm of the Mission Inn! It is a beautiful place to be even though things are a little quirky. The restaurants on site are great and breakfast at Simple Simon’s just outside in the mall can’t be beat. The staff are very attentive and our night time turn down by the maids was a treat that came with chocolates!"

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....

"We came for a concert at the Golden 1 Center and it was a perfect location. We walked everywhere. The staff was awesome. Also loved the novelty of the ship, would definitely stay again."
