"This place is a secluded gem surrounded by old town. It exceeded my expectation by providing an amazing service. The staff were very attentive to our needs and provided quick and flexible service. The villa was clean and beautiful and daily service meant we had clean fresh place to come back to after a long day out. The breakfast and afternoon tea was another level. Pleasing not only the eye but the stomach as well. The best part was the private pool which I took advantage of on a daily basis. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the cottage style rooms. I wish I would have had more time. We choose it due to the proximity to the airport. From the street this is an unassuming place. But once inside it is an amazing sanctuary. It's beautiful and comes with a lot of history. I felt very welcomed here. Would 100 percent recommend this place."

"We were a bit disappointed with the room at first because we had been shown a different room on our previous trip to Bali. In saying this, the room was clean and the bedding and towels were also lovely and clean. I found out later that they will be renovating at the end of this year, so this explains a lot. We would happily stay there again post renovation. The staff are all wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. "

"It’s a bit outdated feel to me. The location and cleanliness are great but the room design is not my preference ..... shower and kitchen are outside of the room. It’s not convenient for me to use during the night time. Also, their lighting is not very bright , it’s too dim for me! "
