"Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff, rooms are massive, breakfast is excellent with many items to choose from as well as ala carte menu to choose from, only downside is some of the communal areas are starting to require some tlc"

"This was my 2nd stay, this time with children 7 & 3. The facilities for the kids was fantastic. The separate pool with waterslide was a big hit as was the playground, kids club and activities, movies in the garden and kids happy hour. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. All staff were amazing and so friendly. The only thing I could suggest is that the pillows are very thick. One not enough but two is too high. Maybe a thick and thin pillow. But this is personal opinion. We will definitely stay again."

"Clean hotel in the heart of Sanur. Wonderful staff, comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. Close to restaurants. Arranged an airport shuttle for us and took that worry away. We wish we had stayed in Sanur longer."
