"We stayed here on our last night of trip. We had the private pool villa and the house was huge. We were welcomed with friendly staff. We ate breakfast and dinner here and both options were tasty for two picky American eaters. We used the shuttle to get to downtown Sanur since it is about a 5 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here and the property is beautiful"

"not very pleasant...bad smell the air because I have been told there is landfill approximately 200meter. Room dirty and toilet too... I cancelled the stay (already paid online) and go to another better hotel. Very disappointing."

"We stayed here for one night to be close to Kuta for some shopping. The area is nice because it’s outside of the touristy areas. Cute local cheap restaurants nearby. The townhouse was so dirty. It was uncomfortable because of how filthy it was. Dirty, stained bedsheets, cobwebs covering the bathroom, the most repulsive toilet and shower I’ve ever seen.
