"Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The room size was unbeatable considering it’s in Hong Kong. Very convenient location and is connected to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Also the subway station is right in the mall which is super convenient. The pool was big and fun. My kids loved swimming in it. Very suitable for family. The only complaint I had was that our room wasn’t ready till 3:30pm which took longer than my expectations. Other than that, everything else was great. Will stay again when we come back to Hong Kong again."

"Liked: location an cleanliness. Breakfast: The guy could not make an omelets-runny and disgusting. Pity choices compared to Shangri La (for example) Grossly over-priced. We got it at a discount. The bathroom is very tiny with lots of mirrors a glass to camouflage very limited size. Desk staff are aggressive and do not understand that hotel residents must check as quickly as possible because they have a flight to catch."

"Staff was all around the very best. Excellent service in all areas. Everyone seemed to try so hard to accomodate your needs. My harbour View room was amazing and I spent a lot of time just sitting by the windows watching the boats on the water. Particularly appeciated the Filipino staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Used spa three times for massages and each masseuse was the best I've had anywhere. I've had massages all over the world and these were truly professionals, powerful and knowledgable concerning your stiff, aching body. Would go back in a heart beat."

"Very modern decor. We had a nice room. Space is a little tight but well thought out. We were at lower mid floor and it can be a little noisy. The toilet and shower was a little smelly. We asked for room spray and it was accommodated. As do toothbrush and toothpaste, extra filtered water. Breakfast was a nice spread. They have mini soufflé pancakes. Very good. Ovaltine, milk, horlicks and HK milk tea besides the regular tea and espresso drinks."
