"We had an excellent stay at TRS Yucutan. Fernanda went out of her way to ensure that every experience we had was magical for our honeymoon much to our surprise. Many of the highlights of our vacation were thanks to her special touches. Our butler team was also very responsive to text messaging and in answering any question we had The food selection was excellent, fresh and lives up to its gastronomical expectations. There's many places for relaxation on the resort including the amazing infinity...

"Second time at this resort. Food and service were excellent, but they did not provide the same level of service we had received the first time. Non vacation club members (like us) were left feeling like the value of our dollar was less. The sales pitch upon arrival watered down our arrival experience."

"Sports bar food was nasty. I wished there was authentic Mexican food at the buffet station. I didn’t quite understand how certain shuttles picked you up or said they couldn’t take you to your destination."

"Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! "
