"Great hotel close to transportation towards all Hong Kong neighborhoods (tramway bus metro). Direvt bus to Aiport as well. The room was spacious, clean with a nice bathroom. There's AC and a dehumidifier in the room, much appreciated although can be loud at night. Super friendly staff. Will rebook this hotel for my next HK visit. "

"It was great and clean disappointed by Klook as they would not return my message till after I left the country. They will not reimburse you even if there is a tsunami so if you book and it's bad weather you're only there for a night or two. Beat they say it is good for a year but that's if you return to the country. Your best just wait to hear back and pay for whatever excursion you want to see that way if bad weather then you don't go or lose your money. "

"Rooms are spacious for Hong Kong. Can hear noise from next room but that’s with most hotels. Water for shower wasn’t hot enough. Not sure if it was just our room that had this issue."
