"Good inexpensive hotel in Wan Chai"
I chose this hotel because it was near the Hong Kong Expo Convention Center, where I was attending Art Basel, never having been to HK. It was close the convention center and the price was very good, and the reviews were good. I thought it was a terrific place. Room was clean, new, and quiet. Everyone had to use a plastic key to use the elevator, which made me feel like it was secure, and there is a snack center on the 5th floor open all the time with newspapers, TV, coffee, and cookies, and croissants for breakfast. I would stay there again.

"super service"
We stayed 20 nights and enjoyed every one of them. From the Guest Service Manager, to the breakfast crew, we greatly appreciated their warm, friendly and courteous services. We told the manager that the shower curtain was not wide enough to block the water from coming out, and it was fixed right away. We had trouble with the 2nd set of TV inside the room, problem was solved immediately. We started our morning with the complimentary breakfast buffet. Although we had pretty much the same breakfast items (with a few changes every morning), we enjoyed it very much. The staff were working very hard to serve the guests, with smile and politeness, showing their professional manner. After greeting good mornings for 20 times, we felt they became our friends. We even had a picture with the crew for our memory. The hotel also provided a cell phone for us to call free locally and 4 countries internationally. It also served as a hot spot for our internet connection, free of charge. This generous service was a great help, deserved a big LIKE. When the manager heard we had a late flight to catch, he offered us a late check out till evening with no charge. We appreciated that but we chose to leave our luggage in our in-law's apartment. Overall speaking, this hotel is not a 5-star grand hotel, but it provides above average hotel standards to guests with surper service parallel to a 5-star hotel.

"Nice hotel in a great location."
They allowed me to check in early without fee. Staff were very helpful, especially the concierge. Rooms were on the small side but it suited me at the time. My 'cityview' room on 18th floor was of a concrete wall but I just needed a place to sleep for the night. Hotel is close to ferry, buses, taxi's are easy and it's less than 5 min to subway. Many restaurants in the area as well as of course the Wan Chai area - the hotel is in an excellent location. Checkout was a little slow while they checked the room and minibar (which I did not use) but that would be as close as I would come to a negative comment, everything else was excellent.

"accellent hotel in good location"
First night i was living in a suite located on the roof top of level 39, unfrotunately heavy rain storm that night caused lot of damages in Hong Kong, pretty scary. Next day the manager arranged me to have a room at level 26, because of safty precaution. Much accreciate.

"Room with a View"
The staff was excellent. They addressed all of our concerns immediately. We menntioned we were on our honeymoon and they made sure we had a great room on a high floor so we could get a view of the city. The only downside was the room was cold in the morning. The staff did give us a portable heater when we asked about the heat.
