"I got this room for my parents They traveled from Punjab for a visa interview. This hotel is very convenient nearby the American Council. The check in supposed to be after 3 but the very kind staff had a room for them soon as they walked in about three hours early. Highly recommended for all the travelers from Punjab."

"The Leela has the best customer service I have experienced in India. They are attentive, fast and informative. Govind helped us with our bags in the very early morning after a long day of travel. He was kind, courteous and helpful. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast. My husband just casually mentioned that the hollandaise could be a bit more tart and requested some lemons to squeeze over the top of his Benedict. The chef came out and asked how he could improve the hollandaise and gave us free lattes. The hotel is impeccably clean and one of the best showers I have ever had. I will definitely stay here again.
