We stayed at unit 140.
- the AC in one room keeps on turning off and cannot make the room cold enough.
- the conditioner bottle was not refilled.
- we were told that since we ate staying for 2 nights and 2 days, there will be a housekeeping to tidy up. However the flowing night, we found out that from the a different front desk peraonnel that since we are only staying 2 days, there will be no housekeeping. We left our towels on the floor because they are all wet because we use the pool. On my first call, i told her that we need towels and coffee but we were only given a towel. On my second call i asked for another 3 sets of towel that we can use for that night and the following morning. I also asked for toilet paper and was told that they ran out of it. She apologized but I did nt felt that sorry. And also no other options even just give us kleenex that we can use.
- one of the duvet in one room have lipstick mark even before we use it.
