"Our overall stay was pleasant. The only complaints we had was the trash cans in the lobby area next to the elevators were both overflowing with garbage. People were putting their trash on top of the bins as well as on the floor around them. We noticed them like this when we left the hotel to go for dinner around 5pm and when we returned after 10pm they still hadn’t been changed. "All the staff we dealt with were excellent. The room was beautifully renovated. The only downside we encountered was the bed was a bit big for the bedroom. A queen size would have fit better. "

"Overall, the stay was really good. Only problem I had run into was prior to arriving to the hotel. I called the hotel and asked about early check-in.
