Our stay was very pleasant. The only issue we had was with the safety box which gave us issues for a few until the staff eventually replaced it. The rooms were nice (although a bit small, specially for a family of 4), the restaurant was very nice as well, and there was several activities to entrarían the kids.

Decente mas com problemas
Razoavelmente confortável com atendimento bom. A cama foi confortável. Foi um pouco estranho ter o banheiro e o chuveiro em lugares separados, mas fica bom para casais ou 2 amigos que precisam usar o vaso e o chuveiro ao mesmo tempo. Só tinha alguns problemas com a estadia: o wifi tinha problemas, e o fluxo de água na pia respingava em todo lugar. E queria ter um pouco mais luz no quarto.

Small things to improve
Long wait to check in (too much paperwork). The sofa bed was not in good condition, there was a big depression in the middle what was far to be comfortable. Other than that the hotel is super good, great location and amenities in the property

Ótimo hotel e serviços.
Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e eficientes. Quartos limpos e com bom espaço. O estacionamento é pago, 20 reais por dia, apesar de bastante espaço para estacionar, o valet service estaciona o carro em outro lugar, sendo assim, se tiver pelo menos uma pessoa na fila, tem que esperar um pouco. A única coisa que eu não gostei muito, foi o funcionário de reposição de bar, que bateu na porta duas vezes no período de 3 horas, e a maneira que entrou foi um pouco invasiva. Bateu dizendo reposição de bar, e em menos de 2 segundos abriu a porta do quarto. Enquanto eu estava saindo do banho. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente e voltarei mais vezes.

Everything was perfect! The only thing is: if you r a little overweight or if you have more than 5’8 (1.75), this hotel won’t be the one for you. Everything is very tight!

Nice Hotel in Sao Paulo
This is a very nice hotel with wonderful staff. The only drawback was, you need a taxi to get to the Morumbi Shopping Mall. However, there was always a taxi available and the cost is very reasonable.

Well worth staying
Very clean and tidy hotel, with good facilities. Location is slightly remote, but there's always a queue of taxis outside. Level of English is functional, unless you want something out of the ordinary, and then it's strained - but we are in Brazil. Reasonably priced and worth the extra hassle with taxi to get to busy areas.

Amazing staff, great place for kids, very safe!
Novotel in Morumbi was a great experience. It has a huge play area and pool for kids, the view of the bridge is one of the best in Sao Paulo. I was with my family but I needed to make a video call with a business partner overseas and the stuff provided me a very quiet and private room to run my meeting. Also, when I checked out we forgot our documents in the safebox. I called the hotel front desk and very promptly they found all my documents and returned to me. The staff was extremely efficient and professional. Thank you very much! Only one minor comment but it is not related to the hotel, the area is far from man places and we need to take taxis several times. The stuff was very nice to arrange taxis too.

I stayed for business and enjoyed being able to go outside on the terrace as in sao paolo you cannot just wonder around outside of the hotel,. nice view of the city. good breakfast and dinner. nice to look at the pool although i didn't use it. taxis booked efficiently and staff friendly

Everything was fine until we tried the restaurant for several times and it was very very bad, bellow any acceptable level. The van was a nice thing except that it was never available for us, either lunch time or off for weekend. Bottom line, we will not return. Sorry

Don't deserve 4 stars
Small rooms, extremely small gym, nothing to do or see within walking distance. It would be an okay 3 or 3.5 stars hotel, but definitely doesn't deserve 4.

Very nice hotel. The staff that welcomed us was ok not very friendly and didn't really help us with some of the things we needed. On one of the mornings someone kept calling our room very early saying something in portuguese that we didnt understand. Next thing we have a knock at the door saying we ordered room service which we didn't. Other than that the breakfast was nice and the hotel is lovely. A bit far from GRU airport but taxi was reasonable (~$30 USD). On our last day they gave us a late check out which was very nice. I would stay again.

Foi uma excelente estadia. Viajei com minha filha de 1 ano e o espaco kids e a programação infantil foram decisivos na escolha do hotel. Aproveitamos a piscina e a area externa. Fizemos todas as refeições do almoço no Greem. Tive um pequeno problema com o servico de quarto que demorou mais de 1 hora para entregar uma pizza e quando pedi auxilio pelo WhatsApp nao obtive resposta, tive que ligar pelo telefone o que acabou despertando minha filha. Acredito que para acolher melhor as familias com crianças nessa idade alguns cuidados extras poderiam ser tomados como: 1 - empratamento das refeicoes kids em pratos com menor risco de quebrar 2 - maior disponibilidade de copos ou pratos descartáveis ou outros materias que nao apresentam risco de quebrar, tanto no buffet de café da manhã como no a La Carte do almoço e jantar. 3 - Tambem seria interessante colocar travas no frigobar ou codigo de abertura, pois esse fica em localização de fácil acesso às crianças. 4 - Instalação do telefone em localização de difícil acesso para crianças 5 - normatizacao para utilizacao do espaço kids. Em um dos momentos que estava brincando com minha filha alfumas meninas com idade acima de 10 anos estavam lá tambem apenas para conversar e com assuntos que as vezes poderiam ser considerados inadequados para a crianças menores. Obviamente entendo que as mudanças nos quartos não seriam aplicaveis para todos, mas poderiam ser reservadas algumas unidades preparadas para receber crianças de até 3 anos.
