"The hotel is within the tourist center of the city. All the restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing, etc. are within short walking distance. Most residents are cruise passengers which is about 10 minutes by taxi. The breakfast is great."

They gave us a free drink voucher upon arrival and a breakfast pass as well which was delicious. We were able to try the spa and it was serene! Also very close to the shopping street, super walkable to shops & food! This is my second time staying here after visiting with my boyfriend a couple years ago and I would definitely stay here again! "The hotel couldn't be more centrally located. It is dead center in the middle of Old Central Reykjavik between Hallgrímskirkja Church and the Old harbour. It is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is a good value, especially with the included buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean and upgraded. Room had a large, comfortable bed, large wardrobe, wring desk and chair, phone and TV. Staff was more than friendly and courteous. With that location comes a price. The hotel...
