Solo traveller and very disappointed at this 5* hotel. While at times the staff were pleasant, they also make the guests feel like we are going to take the towels, umbrellas, dressing gowns....... the amount of checking, signing and following up was just ridiculous. The cash deposit required doesn't make sense as you get it back but they don't have credit card details for incidentals. Breakfast was average, same bland food daily with no changes. Overall, more a 3.5* - 4* experience, definitely not a 5* experience.

This hotel & employees exceeded our expectations and more! The staff is so friendly & quick about getting you in & out with assistance. The morning buffet has so many choices! There’s a kids enclosed waterpark right next to the adult pool so family friendly is a plus!!! Hotel is right behind of Bangla Road & 2 streets over from the beach, EVERYTHING is in walking distance & hotel is handicap friendly! You truly get what you pay for AND MORE staying here! The Hotel was in the most perfect place! Walkable to everything! the staff was great and friendly, very courtious and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern.
