The staff was amazing and the facilities were outstanding! Good food and wonderful surroundings. Our room was so far from the elevator that we had to walk for five minutes, and there was only one elevator per level. I had my elderly mom with me and it was hard to get her to the room.

Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass was an amazing resort to stay at in the Phoenix area! The 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, and water slide were a great bonus along with the multiple restaurants on site. The room was spacious and clean along with very comfy beds. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great throughout the trip, except for the breakfast buffet on the last day of our stay. They were out of everything and didn't restock very quickly at all. Could have been a one time deal, but I would definitely recommend ordering off of the menu.

Spent our spring break with our tween and 9 year old and had an amazing time. Great food, amazing and friendly staff. Property grounds were beautiful. My boys loved the pool. Made friends. Highly recommend. We will be back!

My only complaint- not enough pool chairs or umbrellas. Had to sit on the concrete 3 of 4 days. People reserved chairs with their stuff lining up at 7am.

The property is beautiful. It is very peaceful and quiet, you feel like you are in the middle of the desert but yet only minutes from Chandler. Everyone we met who works here are very cordial and friendly. This is our 2nd trip here for a weeks stay and we will be back. Love this resort. The only negative for some people is this is a large resort and you will have to do some walking from one end of resort to the other. Or from your car to your room depending on where your room is but they do have valet. Highly recommended.

This property is in a remote location. Not easy to access restaurants off site and restaurants on the property are very gourmet. If you are traveling with kids plan to eat off site. Pools were great, heated and nice. Horses come to visit every morning from the equestrian center.

It was easy to get where I needed to go. The dining was good, especially breakfast. What I didn't was the distance I had to go to my room. I recently had knee and ankle replacement on my right leg and I had to walk about 1/4 of a mile to my room. When I asked about changing, they offered to change the floor I was staying on but it didn't change the distance I had to walk to my room.

Doesn’t quite deliver for the price
Uneven experience overall — I don’t think I’d stay here again. Pros: love that the property is on land, very immersive with great views and landscaping. Room was very chic. Both spa treatments I had were well done. Cons: restaurant menus and in-room dining options were VERY limited. The quality of the food was fair, but poor for the price. We almost splurged for the fine dining restaurant (Kai) and based on the other dining experiences, I’m glad we didn’t. The spa is really small! If you weren’t in the sauna or the hot tub, there wasn’t really anywhere else to lounge indoors. I had a bad experience with a man working the check-in desk, he was incredibly rude and it felt like he was trying to embarrass me for asking a question. Last, I’d bought a room rate that was supposed to include breakfast. Half the days, they presented a check. The other half, they didn’t. I had to ask to see my folio when I checked out, which felt awkward. They had not tallied the breakfast correctly so I had to stand there while they removed it. Bad final interaction. Nice views, but thousands of dollars later, I guess I could say I didn’t feel very welcomed. Next time I’ll try Scottsdale.

I liked that the property was off on it's own, was quiet and relaxing. The pool and fire pit were great! The room was quite small for the amount of money spent and the resort fees on top of the cost of the stay were quite high.

Loved the wonderful staff, pool, clean facilities, beautiful immaculate landscaping and use of native plants and building materials. They’ve truly captured the essence of nayive Pima/Maricopa style and Spanish influences over the years in the property. I came away educated about native culture and their path to a sustainable future. Earths challenges has answers in ancient wisdom and modern tools. Hope this culture is made more prevalent and accessible for today’s generations.

This property is so beautiful and peaceful. We had an amazing stay. Pools are warm (perfect for our early winter stay). Hot tubs are hot. Service and staff are top notch. My daughter loved the water slide and kid amenities. Rooms are beautiful and modern as well. I especially loved all of the art and local Pima and Gila River details. A wonderful oasis.

Loved our stay here! Staff are friendly and helpful, property and grounds were beautiful! Pool was heated and pool bar was yum! We ate at multiple restaurants on the property and while the menu selection was fairly limited, everything we tried was delicious!! We will be back!

Front desk was helpful in allowing a nice time frame for us for late checkout on Sunday since our flight was late in the evening. That was much appreciated. Very clean and nice ambiance throughout the property. More staff in restaurants would’ve been good.
