The room was filthy and in poor condition with broken items, filth on the carpet and sticky residue in multiple places. The shampoo and conditioner was empty. It took hours to get bedding for the pull out sofa. The sofa was horribly uncomfortable.

The property is gross, dirty and needs major updating. We also found a condom wrapper in our room. I would never stay here again. Not only that when we checked in they said the room we reserved was already booked and wasn’t available. So we had to select another room(s) to accommodate our stay

The hotel was nice, good location. Unfortunately their Housecleaning Policy is surprise for us If you want to clean your room you need to request it 24 hours in advance. At the reception nobody told us about that and finally we were staying in not cleaned room all 4 days.

Beautiful Hotel!

The property was visibly older but they have updated the rooms, which were pretty nice. There was definitely still a musty smell in the room, which I think was just the age of the property, and the sink water smelled horrible. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, which made the stay better!

The pictures tell the story. Poorly maintained. An unidentified bug and cockroaches upon arrival. Room has definitely been neglected. Worst part was the lack of compassion by the front desk supervisor. She moved me, but no apology, no room credit, house credit or Hilton points credits. Took an hour out of my day to move rooms as I had unpacked for the week. Also, hotel does not have a shuttle as I believe I read it did. On a positive note, Breakfast was good, nice offering. Bartender was very friendly.

loved larger room and it was clean, bathroom was too small. Had to go down to front desk and request clean spare blanket. Parking lot didnt have enough spaces; all carpeting in lobby areas was filthy. Free breakfast were great, however they often ran out of coffee and ALL tables inside and out were always dirty. Housekeeping never came in our room to clean even when we requested a 4 hour window on saturday am. Pool area was great and there was always pool towels available. Pool bathroom were clean. I would stay there again however,I would say something about the room service
