We arrived at the Phoenix Airport late and appreciated having a shuttle from the Drury to pick us up. The hotel was very nice and we were happy that we were able to get some food at the restaurant/bar downstairs. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning without having to leave the hotel.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Hotel is very clean, bed was comfy. Sheets could be softer… They offer free cocktails and some food for free in the evenings. Shuttle service to and from the airport is great. I hadn’t stayed at a Drury Hotel before, but I will now.

My friend and I stayed in 2 separate rooms during our overnight visit. The phones in both rooms were NOT working. In my room the sink did not drain well and I was in a "deluxe" room that did not live up to the name. I was overlooking the pool area and there was a group of people talking and laughing loudly until late into the evening. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place. Arrived to find out they served dinner. Taco bar and drinks. Staff was excellent and so helpful! I usually don’t give a 10 but this definitely was.

Super friendly staff at check in. They have a complimentary Happy Hour with food and drinks. A nice surprise after a long day and drive in from Sedona. Additionally, there’s a free airport shuttle every half hour.

All the staff was excellent except one at check-out. He didn't send up someone to help me with my bags at 5:55 AM (the hallways are carpeted which is great for keeping sound down but not transporting heavy bags on wheels). When I called the front desk, there was no answer. Thus I missed the shuttle but my bill was adjusted, and an Uber called for me so this solution was satisfactory.

The staff members, without exception, were friendly, accommodating, courteous and capable. The facilities and amenities were average to above but the staff turned pretty good into great! The location off the interstate and being close to the airport was a big plus, too. I would stay there again.

Excellent staff. Made everything a breeze. They had dinner at the hotel that was included in your stay, as well as breakfast and three free alcoholic drinks per person over 21 in your stay. Loved the atmosphere. Beautiful hotel.

One staff member at night around 9 pm was super inconvenient when waiting to check in. There were several of us waiting on a Friday night. Lots of construction to and from- the hotel, which was challenging using GPS. Breakfast was average and room toiletries were awful.

The staff is wonderful and the evening meal brings everyone down to the lobby in a nice atmosphere. We even found something that met the restrictions of our vegan diet, which was so welcome after a day of travel. The facility itself is showing wear, I found long dark hair in the bathroom, and our window was dirty and smeared. Looked like the result of a quick cleaning with a dirty rag. Ruined the view we had paid for. We would probably stay here again but can’t give them 5 stars.

Front desk gal was so welcoming and found us a room on a higher floor which was much appreciated. We had a balcony with a view of the planes landing at the airport and the most beautiful sunset. We had the pool to ourselves for almost an hour and it was very clean and the water temp was perfect. Would stay here again!
