Sheets were ripped and full of holes. To get to room, we had to go through a set of three steps in the hallway and a double full set of steps to get to the attic where the room was located. We were not told we would have to climb so many stairs, although our large luggage was very apparent at the time of check in. The tall people in our family kept hitting their heads agains the lower areas of the attic room, which we were also never told about before we got to the room. The layout of room was awkward and inconvenient. Service was mostly nice and helpful. 15 minute Uber ride to Disneyland or shopping areas, each way, each day. Very small village with nothing within walking distance. The largest business is the hotel itself.

There is no mini bar in the room which wouldn’t have been an issue except the hotel bar doesn’t open either during the day so when you check in at 3pm you can’t get any sort of drink until 7:30pm!

we stayed here while we visited Disneyland Paris. It was clean and had what we needed for our stay. What we didn’t like was 1 - the smell coming from the shower drain. We had to sleep with the door shut. We would have complained had we had more time to pack and change rooms but our schedule with Disneyland was so busy that it just wasn’t feasible. 2 - the location. It is about 15-20 minutes from Disneyland which isn’t terrible but is in a nothing part of town. I wish I had done more research and put us in a busier part of the area with more food options and shops as we could have relied less on snack and drink options etc at Disneyland. I should also add rooms are not soundproof. Thankfully my daughter sleeps like a log but if your child/ren don’t, late guests will be problematic.

Quiet boutique hotel
We stayed a Friday through Sunday. We arrived an hour earlier than check in time and they were able to get us into a room early which was SO nice since we were exhausted from our travels. We stayed at Le Cheval Blanc since it was not too far from Disneyland Paris and they offered a free shuttle to the park. However, the shuttle didn’t arrive as scheduled so we ended up calling an Uber which ended up being €12 there and €20 back. The continental breakfast had a nice selection. The hotel is very cute, quiet and clean. We would stay here again if we visit Disney Paris again.

Please stay away! The staff member is not welcoming at all, no good morning, they almost ignore you as you walk in the hotel. They don’t know what hospitality means. Rooms are super small, when i say small i mean that 2 people can’t walk at the same time in the room cluttered with unnecessary furniture. It’s almost like if you open the door and get straight in the bed. If you have luggages,you won’t find place for them. The price doesn’t worth it. Not clean. Dont ever use the brush in bathroom, you’ll find some reminder of other people who used it. Disgusting. No water in the room, where they provide sablé breton… such a joke. Start simple, with water. Bathroom not clean… stay away. Bad smell in the bathroom. You almost want to throw up. They said they had an issue and fixed it. Not sure if they even checked. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility. Stairs in the hallway leading to the bedroom when you exit the elevator. It was never mentioned anywhere. Not for everyone. Breakfast service. You will fill like you are not welcome, honestly people who are working there just dont want to be there. The person who serves us was not kind or welcoming. Dont be fool by the beautiful design or nice furniture. You will be better in a ibis or mercure. This place is not a good place. I was fooled by the nice pictures. If i can help other people save their money and get a decent service, i am all for it.

Awesome friendly staff in a wonderful location. Parking is limited but I didn't have any issues because if tourism is slow due to COVID. The room was clean and overall nice place to stay. However, the highlight is the friendly staff that genuinely seems to care about your stay here.

I didn't like the distance from the metro. We spent several days spending money on ubers back and fourth from metro. One night we got back to the hotel late and was locked out for about 30 minutes, as the staff locked doors and was not at the desk. After this we changed our hotel to the city for the rest of our visit. Nice, clean, cute town, and staff was very nice and accommodating.

Comfortable very clean, bathroom a bit small but its ok very clean, beds are very comfortable, only negative no wifi, please fix this problem. They can print for you your disney tickets etc. 10 mins to disneyland free shuttle, please book this in the reception. Only for drop off and pick up, any extra journey youll have to arranged it. Otherwise uber only 10 euros to disneyland. Please note when taking uber the pick up is outside the REr train station. (Taxi section).

The front desk was friendly, check in/out was easy cleanliness was on point, small cute rooms (didn't need much) this place was wonderful. Ben and Sophia were so nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and food was decent. Only disappointment was the elevator was out so we had to take the stairs constantly which was not easy with luggage. Overall pleased with our stay.

This cute little boutique is tucked away in a little town 40 min from Paris. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and was able to get us in without any mistakes. The beds could be more comfortable as I found the sofa bed more comfortable than the beds themselves. Its 10 minutes from a big mall in serris as well as disneyland paris. The restaurant was ok due to the steak being so charred as if they didn't clean the grill before making it. The bottom of the hotel smells like food because of the restaurant and iI smelled fish for like 2 days. The bus station is literally feet away where you can get around and they have a little market around the corner where they sell the best chocolate croissants! But other than I would recommend staying here!

This is a perfect locatio if you are going to Disney Paris. Word of warning to those hoping to use it to go back and forth to 1st arrondissement. This is about a 45 minute regional train ride. Getting there from a late arrival flight is difficult if yiu are hoping to take public transit. Other than that the property is beautiful and quaint. The staff are extremely helpful and their restaurant is fantastic. Our room was always kept prestine. Truly a delightful stay in the countryside outside of Paris.

The frobt desk staff are great and VERY helpful. The room was nice little different style set up but more of like a Airbnb setting. Not good for ppl with disabilities the elevator was out and theres lots of stairs just to get to your room with very narrow hall ways. The breakfast was not really worth a advance pay, affordable but not really worth it you can find better accross the street for same price. Not much in the area but has a small market across the street. Free parking was a plus Also be carful with your items 2 of my universal world chargung adapters was STOLEN out of my room i spoke with manager of the property and housekeeping manager but the were carless about it and didnt give it much concern and NOTHING was resolved. The Mananger said oh well i dknt know what to tell you, we never had thia happen before but its nothing i can do! Whic was very upseting to me! Also the WIFI went out for 3 days! Which i called in weeks before bookojg and asked if it was working ans i was asured it was and it was not! Very very yoseting because for 3 days I could not do my business work or contact my family the mananger again did not care. He tried to make up excuses for the matter and them eneded again with a oh well. I had to come to the lobby for the 3 days to get be able to get phone services and check emails! Very very upsetting. Become i would have never booked this place if the WIFI was not good or working. I traveld from the US ans on business so WIFI was a MUST for me!

+ The property was nice and clean. The rooms were updated, small and cosy (they looked like a boat cabin). Everything you needed was available. Even a coffeemaker, a great shower and a free shuttle to Disneyland. And there is a lot of free parking too. - There was no internet at all. The free shuttle to Disneyland only runs at the beginning and the end of the latest park.

Nice hotel in a small village
We likes this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights, first two quiet, the third one we could hear people above us in the middle of the night. The shuttle to Disney fills up fast and picks you up only in the evening so we had to use Uber a lot. Front desk was helpful and nice. Room was spacious and there were organic toiletries. Breakfast was overpriced for what you get, but staff friendly.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and worth the price. The dinners were very good also. The shuttle service to disneyland was limited but an uber back to the hotel was about 10 euros so not to bad

Lovely hotel with free shuttle to Disney
Quiet village with a shop and bar. Lovely location. Hotel is very nicely refurbished. We had a massive room which was beautifully decorated. Tea and coffee facilities etc. the restaurant looked lovely although we didn’t try it as it was a little expensive and looks more suitable for special occasion dining. We used the free shuttle bus to Disney which was a private taxi and was fantastic. It’s too far to walk to the shopping centre as previously mentioned in other reviews you definitely need to drive. Lovely staff. Very helpful and we’re only too happy to print Disney tickets out for us on both days!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel was clean and the employees were very nice. The hallways and elevator were small. While the hotel is quiet, the walls are very thin and you can hear people entering and exiting other rooms. The hotel has a shuttle to Disney, but it does not run all day, you have to pick specific times for drop off and pick up based off of the hotel's schedule. I would stay in this hotel again, but for this trip it would have been better to know some of this in advance.

We offer shuttles for our customers from the opening of the park with a few different spindles in the morning, as well as for the evening until the closing of the theme parks. Disneyland tour
The staff are very friendly, kind and helpfull. The family room is spacious and clean. It is highly recommended for family tour.
