"The hotel heat had been turned off . The room temp. was 65 degrees and they gave us a portable heater . We were not comfortable using it."

"Plenty to eat all around the area. Close to Broadway shows able to walk to either also shopping. Only downside was traffic if you get in a car to go anywhere. Hotel was very nice, staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything around. "

"The Arlo is a wonderful hotel with a fantastic staff. The hotel is in a great location with excellent food options inside. The hotel bar has five star drinks and food. The rooms are clean and the shower is outstanding. Looking forward to coming back. "

"Check in was very smooth and I was offered two different types of rooms to choose from. Small room as they tend to be in New York but the rooms were high quality and comfortable. Also very convenient for getting to Penn station (subway / nj transit) "
