“Great hotel. Would go back for a second visit!”

Stayed in the Hilton Lake Buena Vista for 7 Nights. Staff were friendly and polite, found the facilities were first class. The Pool was great and the hotel give out pool towels for you to use (you have to return them afterwards). The room was great, very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a choice of pillows. The room air conditioning was pretty silent and very effective. Some days hit over 90f, so good aircon is a must. The room also came with a free to use safe, which was excellent. An iron and board plus hangers where all provided within the main wardrobe. The reception area offers a excellent concierge service and free airline web checkin, via touch screen consoles by the lobby doors. The bar and resturants are good, with large screen TV's and a pool table in the main bar. The gym facilities are excellent. Wi-Fi is available throughout the Hilton Buena Vista and LAN hook up is available in the rooms, the costs for access are very reasonable and the speeds are good. Overall the Hilton Beuna Vista is an excellent choice. It's location and standards are first class.

“Great location in adjacent to Downtown Disney”

The Hilton is a good choice if you are exploring Orlando and visiting some of the Disney parks. The shuttles are good and the location means you can easily get to the other attractions. The 5 minute walk to Downtown Disney also means you have good entertainment and restaurants on hand. Staff friendly and the breakfast room included in the tower rooms is a great way to start the day !

“Great stay here!”

On arrival at the Hilton my request had been looked at & we were allocated our room ( in my opinion one of the best rooms, certainly the one with the best views ) with balcony overlooking Downtown Disney! All aspects of the hotel were good, no complaints at all. It isn't really a good hotel if you have children as there isn't much for them apart from the pool & character breakfast on Sundays, that said how much time do you really spend in the hotel? This hotel does have a very large amount of conference visitors so the bar can get rather full some evenings.

“Super hotel for the price”

Can't rate this place highly enough. Hated Olando - was there on business and stayed in Disney hotel for the week with work (awful). Stayed here for the weekend to get some sun. Rooms are great and pool area fantastic. Cross the road and your are in "Down Town Disney" - as good as you are going to get in Orlando!! Parks are 10 cab ride. Prime outlet Mall is the cheapest and best mall I've been to in the US and $32 away Enjoy.

Four visits were made in 2007 for business and vacation and the service and help remains faultless. The hotel excels in the help they give and nothing was too much trouble for the staff!

“Closest Hotel To Downtown Disney”

The Hilton Hotel is clean and tidy, room is spacious and well equipped with ironing board, hair dryer and coffee making facilities. Check was very fast and easy. The restaurants in the hotel serve good quality food although at the Disney premium cost. The 24 hour shop was good for the essentials, bagels and coffee. The pools are excellent and stayed open until 11pm which was great after a long days visit to the parks. The shuttle services to the parks that ran every 30 minutes saved the cost of a hire car. I would recommend this Hotel as it is across the road from Downtown Disney.

“Enjoyable visit.”

We found the hotel to be an excellent base to get to the various theme parks,with free shuttle buses running frequently.It was within aprox 200 yards of Downtown Disney which was the shopping and entertainment area.Would definately stay here again.

“Hotel was excellent - Recommended”

Very please with the quality and location. Two places to eat on site and a 24hr shop. I found the shop somewhat expensive but this is easily resolved by visiting a local supermarket - these were hard to find. Walking distance to Downtown but a couple of buses to International Drive was better. We didn't use the pool area too much (Theme parks and shopping) but it looked excellent and next time we must find some time to use it... Still number one for shopping even though the pound has weakened.

“Excellent Hotel”

From the moment you enter the hotel you know you are on holiday, the atmosphere is truelly Disney and you are made to feel instantly at home. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel, the first being in 2004. It met all of our expectactions, this time we chose to book a tower room, with the convenience of being able to use a seperate lounge, this was invaluable. One comment would be that as there are quite a lot of people using this room that it may be considered that a larger room be allocated for this purpose. That aside, all in all it was a most enjoyable stay. We ate in all 4 food outlets, the Japonese being our favourite, we actually ate there 2 times in our 6 night stay. The Italian got 2 visits from us as well, along with 1 visit to the bar for a lighter dinner. We did have breakfast in the main restaurant once, but the food provided in the tower lounge was perfect for our needs. The fact that it is literally accross the road from downtown disney is an added bonus. Would highly recommend the hotel, located in the heart of Disney, our party was 2 adults and a 14 year old daughter.
