"Stayed many times there. This time a strong storm tore through the town. The only place to hide from tornadoes is the staircase. It does not happen but I feel these hotels would need to have a plan. The receptionist needs to be trained how to handle the situation. "

"We got caught in the Bentonville tornado 5-25-24! The power went out so everyone had to check out Sunday morning. The power was out all over the city, The staff was very helpful and we hope to be able to come back in the fall."
