Our stay was great and staff was very responsive to help with all our requests
Housekeeping did not clean our room (417)
Coffee machine in room was not working and despite informing front desk, it wasn’t replaced.
Half n half milk in the lobby machine was over and I had to inform front desk to replenish.
All of the above instances point towards lack of supervision.

And they charge double the area rate for parking.
At least the hotel guests shouldn’t pay for parking.

The room is good size n comfortable
The location is great. The employees are very friendly.
Great location.
Walkable distance to Maid of the mist.
Room was nice and spacious.
Hot water could’ve been better.
Other than that, everything else was great!
Stayed here for one night for daughter’s dance competition and was a perfect fit for what we needed! Clean, great & friendly staff, restaurant on site and the beds were super comfortable! Will definitely be back next time we are in this area.
Third time staying here friendly, safe, clean. Great location to the Niagara Falls park and close to the Casino too! Love the Anchor bar and the pool so clean!

The fact you have to pay $18 per day to park at the hotel is ridiculous. Parking lot was far from full and 3 floors are down for renovations we were told. Only way to get a king size bed is to have a first floor handicapped accessible room with a wonderful view of and noise from the dumpsters outside and milk crate stool used by staff as a private smoking section. Could be staff from adjoining restaurant? Assuming dumpster is also used by the adjoining restaurant. Breakfast is not included at this property but is offered for a fee. Room was clean. Outlets are built into bedside lamps and only work when lamp is on so you have to unscrew the bulb if you plan to use them

We were there for 2 nights. The hotel was nice, we had no problems at all. The attached restaurant has great food. Kid friendly place. The pool was nice. Everything was clean. We would go back.

Thank you for your feedback. Please know that as a full-service Holiday Inn breakfast is not included with all rooms like you will find at an Express or limited service hotel. However, we do have packages that include breakfast for up to 2 adults and children under 12 eat free off the kids menu when they are joined by an adult.
Nice place. Walking distance to State park and Niagara's attraction. Excellent for families

The location was great but our room on the first floor was dark even with all of the lights available were on. One of the lights appeared to be broken but ultimately I discovered that the light bulb had been unscrewed. We also determined why this had been done - you cannot use it to charge your devices when the light is turned off. The room was clean although the bathroom shower had a mass of hair stuck to the wall. Finally the room could use another chair and there was also no spare blanket in the room. That all being said the room met our needs and we would consider staying there again.

Nice location. We weren’t aware of the additional cost for parking.
I enjoyed the Anchor Bar attached.
I enjoyed being able to walk every where we wanted to go. The Niagara Falls park, lol I even walked all the way to Canada and back to the US. It’s the perfect spot for us, we would stay there again.
