"This hotel was perfect for our recent trip to Newcastle. The receptionist was very helpful and very welcoming a credit to the hotel - the hotel is part of a very nice pub and restaurant - this is a positive for us - a one mile walk into the city centre which felt very safe even walking back after midnight - you could allways call an uber/taxi. Jesmond feels like a very safe safe and upmarket part of Newcastle - We will be visiting this are and hotel again"
