"Everything was fine. But they dont have an elevator. They did notice i needed help and helped get my luggage up and down during check in and out. I prefer not to do a virtual check in. But was pleasantly surprised someone was at desk when i areived. They also allowed me to check in early which truly helped me tremendously because my luggage was broke and that prevented me from moving around. Room looks just like the picture. Once youre in the room it looks like any other hotel except smaller. ...

"We stay here everytime we go to New York and as always they give us excellent service.(free cookies help 😀). The food at their restaurant isnt the best, but we're usually trying out the food around the city instead of stay inside."

"LIKED: • Very convenient LOCATION. • Good CLEANING SERVICE. • Great CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. • Helpful STAFF all around. It was a very pleasant stay. DID NOT LIKE: • Poor First Impression: The LOBBY needs to be improved. It didn’t give a good first impression at all. A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. It was old, filthy, and very worn out."
