Impossible to get a simple black coffee without a 40min wait! No VIP treatment whatsoever. Room needs a lot more lights it’s always very dark.
Housekeeper did a great job and the room was very clean.

There was a beeping sound that was coming out of our vent and woke us up at 3:30 am the property said oh sorry. They didn’t try to make it right. Also the television didn’t work properly and we got another oh sorry. Terrible customer service. I have stayed here multiple times and after this experience I don’t plan on returning.

Great location! Welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast menu and amenities. Love the flat iron in the rooms along with the blow dryers! Seeing the same doormen at each visit is a plus - they are the jewel in the crown!

Loud, overpowering music in elevators, lobby has NO where to sit while meeting friends, blinds fell off window and maintenance was in our room for 5.5 hours, HEAT could NOT be regulated so room was 76 degrees!!! should i go on?

We really enjoyed our stay with the exception of the streaming access on the TV which was way too time consuming and difficult and the bedside charging outlets were both not working.

I had high expectations going in based on what I heard. In my room the faucet and tub were pretty beat up. I travel a good bit for work. And I can't tell you the last time I had an actual shower curtain vs a door. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less.
